As the COO, Greg will oversee the day-to-day collections and recovery operations of the company, driving growth and innovation. With over 30 years of experience in credit, collections, and recovery disciplines across several countries, Greg is a specialist in operational execution at scale. He is a technology enthusiast who believes in leveraging digital technologies to improve the experience and outcomes for customers, employees, and partners and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
In Greg’s spare time he enjoys travelling and socialising with family & friends, and he can often be found cheering on his favourite sporting teams at the MCG and AAMI park. Weekends typically incorporate the shuttling of his young daughter around to the various kids’ sports, birthday parties and other activities and then enjoying a local restaurant or other activity with his family.
